Who we are
Adlex Legal Consultancy FZE ("ADLEX"), licence 4432531.01, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, UAE, is responsible for the personal data described in this notice.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us: your name, mobile number, email address, preferred language, the type of matter and the description you give us through the contact form, WhatsApp, phone or our Case File assistant. We also count anonymous, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, referring site, country and device type) through Vercel Web Analytics, to improve the site; they cannot identify you.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry, to prepare a consultation, and to keep a record of our communication. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.
The Case File assistant
The assistant is powered by an AI model through Vercel AI Gateway. Conversations are processed to generate replies and are not stored by ADLEX unless you choose to send your case file to a consultant. Please do not share identity numbers, bank details or documents in chat.
Who processes it
Our hosting (Vercel), our email delivery provider (Resend) and the AI model provider process data on our behalf, under contractual safeguards. Some of these providers may process data outside the UAE.
How long we keep it
Enquiries that do not become matters are deleted within 12 months. Client files are kept for the period required by applicable law and professional rules.
Your rights
Under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, and object to its processing. Contact us by WhatsApp or through the contact page.
